The Full Story

Angel's Heavenly Empanadas started because I wanted to share my cuban favorites with friends and family. From an early age, I would spend my time in the kitchen watching and learning from my mom. I would continuously ask her what ingredients she was using and how did she made this and that. After graduating High School, I attended culinary school in Miami. I met my wife in 2000 and we were married in 2002. While we were in the process of starting our family, I decided to make a career change. I would spend the past 19 years working for a large insurance company. At the end of 2021, I decided I wanted to revisit my culinary skills and open up my own food truck. This is where I am today.
